You should ask your therapist, not /adv/.
Do you feel angry? Depressed? Hung up over something? It's not quite the same but at one point in my life I couldn't go 5 minutes without thinking of slitting my own throat and leaving myself dead in the middle of a street.

any persistent intrusive thoughts about harming yourself should be talked about with a therapist. don't worry, they're not going to lock you up. chances are you just have ocd or something. but get help for it for your own sake
