I have a headache for over 16 hours (I woke up 16 hours ago with a fucking headache).

How do I help it without killing myself?

Lil bit of history:
>Chronic headaches (NEVER this extreme)
>related to sinuses, feel pressure, often feel itches in the inner ear or on the "inside of the jaw" if that makes any sense)
>inb4 paracetamol + codeine, dunked way over I should, no help
>my left side of the neck feels tense as fuck, also a bit painish, maybe the cause of this whole shit

This isn't a quick fix but I struggled with chronic headaches for a long time. Found out through a blood test that I was deficient in vitamin D. Started supplementing with it and after a couple weeks my headaches drastically improved. Might be worth looking into.
