Nothing at all, even had to delete a lot of my apps amd move to sd card to clear some space but didnt work to well

You basically can't do anything without doing a factory reset. Kind of a pain in the ass, but ya. I've tried all the cleaning apps and hours of googling shit, but there's really not much you can do. You'll slowly just lose storage space over time.
