/adv/, I'm told that I should be trying to make some goals to move forward in my otherwise stagnant 23 year old life. However, I don't know if these are the goals one should have to start moving ahead as my parents put it.

Honestly for fun, and I've lost my fluency in French. Something to work on and I'll take classes if necessary.

The typical goal except now I've been diagnosed with a fatty liver. Probably from drinking too much. Getting up at 6 am is a bitch though.

imo it sounds like you have your life together (enough so that you can afford to buy custom porn, also, details?)
DESU 90% of life is getting to the point where you make good money. after that, things like getting fit, enjoying hobbies, traveling, furhter education etc. all come with ease cuz you have the money and a consistent schedule (hopefully).
so yeah. sign up for a legitimate korean class at any local learning institution. dont try online shit, that doesnt work til you at least have a foundation.
every schools different but most will offer classes twice a week at least, that is about casual. so take those nights for learning. lets pretend they are tuesday and thursday.
you would go to the gym monday, wednesday, friday.
spend saturday and sunday working on youtube videos.
as for masturbation, filling up your schedule SHOULD give you less time for that in general, so thats good. but if you put up a sign that says 'no fapping til after (insert X time here)' it helps. thats what i do and i manage not tofap til about 9pm. by then there isnt anything left for me to do that i need my creative energy for (masturbation takes that out of me) and there is nt enough time to make it some huge session. at most i fap again right before bed for like 15 minutes. not enough to obsess over and run out of porn / purchase custom porn etc.

as for making all of this your normal schedule, DONT overload yourself by doing it all at once. for now, just look up korean classes, find ones you think are frequent enough to learn, but not every night of the week, and spend the first month just getting used to doing that.
then in month 2 (February) start going to the gym on those off days.
then march, start doing youtube videos on the weekend.
work your way up to being that busy.
How about doing something for your community? Volunteering or getting involved in an organisation?

This sounds pretty good. I've made the mistake of overloading myself by trying these goals all at once and I just hated it and life all together. Introducing it slowly definitely should help.

its good cuz you have a whole month to get used to it and the level of relaxation you need adjusts as well. then when the next month comes you gotta readjust again but its normal and more smooth. do it all at once and you'll be tired by the end of the first week.

A lot of these are "trying" because I'm currently already doing them, but I'm not where I want to be in any of those aspects just yet, but with some time of all of this I imagine I'll become a beast.
