This burning spot is right where my leg meets the groin, behind my right testical. Any idea what It is and/or what's causing it?

That pretty much rules out STDs. It's probably just a rash from you sitting in your own juices too much, like diaper rash. Try to keep it really dry and breezy for a day. Don't use stuff on it, just air out your sack real good at home sitting around in boxers or naked. Don't scratch it at all. If it seems the same or worse after a full day (meaning you do all that, go to sleep, then wake up) of being gentle with it, go see a doctor.
