I'm starting to think I'm turning into a misogynist, I don't think I have always been like this deep down.
I'm starting to think it's because I haven't had anything to do with girls this past year, not just sex, but just general socialising and mingling. I'm just starting to resent women.
What's your opinion adv? I don't wanna be that guy who girls can't stand.

I broke up with my ex earlier this year, tired of the lies and cheating, same thing happened to my friend. Now when I think of females I feel like their agendas are all the same at the end of the day, and they will fuck you over some way or other. Keeping my eye out for a decent chick at the moment but no luck so far.

I'm of the opinion that the easiest cure against actual real misogyny, is to have capable and competent female friends.
It's easy to let dislike build up when you don't know a woman that you can respect very well. Knowing some competent women in my engineering course did more to curb my negative feelings than anything else.

Yeah, this is a good point. Being surrounded by good women is extremely important. I didn't have this growing up, and as a result my view on women was and still is warped. I think this is how most misogynists develop. I grew up with an emotionally cold and narcissistic mom and sisters, and the girl friends I had were never genuine and all of them had betrayed me. As a result, I feel a lot of resentment towards women, and I'm always on guard around them. But, I'm also a straight woman.
At times I feel full-on misogynistic, but I wish I wasn't this way. I wish I could have a normal group of female friends but it won't ever happen. It's not due to any sort of jealousy or "hurrrrr women are so catty and full of drama" either.
Despite this, I still think there are good women out there, but they're so few and far between.

Im not a mysoginist, I just understand that women and men are different creatures and have different ways of thinking and processing thoughts
Just like men being prone to self destructive, selfish behaviour, women have a tendency to make bad decisions and be irrational because of being led by their emotions and shit
Obviously everyones different, but there is an overarching pattern. Both women and men have faults that tend to be associated with their gender
