Trail by fire is the only way, I would hit the gym and pick up an active, social hobby. MMA/jui-jitsu/muay thai might be good for you.
If you do that, go to school, and stop being a faggot you'll probably be good in 2-3 years.

What do you like to do? Don't tell me it's sitting around all day, doin bs online.
Find something where you can create or do. Volunteer, build, paint, etc. Get involved in something with responsibility!
Lastly, try and help others, even in small, seemingly meaningless ways. It will help you think about your own situation sometimes and at the very least brighten someone's day.
