I find that it makes my cardio sessions more fun, of course I monitor my heart rate so I don't screw something over, low-mediumish intensity and steady pace for 45-60 mins works fine for me.
I have read that people react very differently to it though so if you don't feel ok with it even with low intensity (heart palpitations, irregular hr or anxiety etc), avoiding it might be for the best, assuming you tested tolerance and didn't go apeshit HIIT tabatamode or something, in which case RIP heart.

Because i finally have beaten years of depression and mostly because i started to focus on the good things completely. Adv is filled to the brim with people who forget to see the bright side, so i thought i'd make them think about the awesome things they experience every day.

and finally I was playing battlefield, walked around a corner and noscope flickshot a guy who was running... then i went through the ally and came across 3 of thier team camping so they didn't know I was there. I'm happy that i have girlfriend (first in my life and hopefully only one) which was (and still is) my crush, lost my virginity with her, i could cuddle and sleep with her in one bed even it was uncomfortable af. I'm happy even if I'm scared how it will be (so she is), yet I'm full of hope (so she is) it will be good even if it won't be easy.
