Hi, /adv/. Yesterday and today I'he gotten a wire feling in my left arm, like it tingles and it feels numb and heavy. It happens only at night, when I'm about to sleep. I'm a 30 yo man, normal weight but with a history of high cholesterol. Should I go to ER, or simply book an appointment for some other day?

are you sure your arm isn't just dead from sleeping on it/inactivity?

I went through a hypochondriac phase when I was 25 where I got that same feeling when I would wake up at night. But it was obviously from my head resting on it for hours.
