So the other day I got in a car accident and totaled my subaru/my baby/my $3700 pride

I've talked to my insurance and they have labeled me as not being at fault, but they never said that the other person WAS at fault. Since I have no collision coverage, they told me to file a claim with the other driver's agency. I did this and will find out how I will be compensated soon, but I am really anxious because I need a car.

Since I wasn't at fault, am I guaranteed compensation?
