The problem with any news source isn't as much the information they present but the presentation itself, that tries to manipulate you and this is the case with ANY of them.
To get any control over the effect, start with reading about history, philosophy AND THEN about different political systems, their implementations and the reason for failure. Once you have a somehow stable world view based on your own thinking and researching, you can even read Fox news.
