Do they really expect bosses in X country to be nicer than bosses in their homelands? Minimum wage, grunt-tier jobs suck no matter where you are in the world.

It's on my to-do list because people raised in other cultures genuinely do get raised with a different set of rules than you.
I want to work in a foreign country, or several foreign countries, so I can see how people with similar professional training to myself cope with situations I deal with back home.
No one culture will get things completely right, the trick is to take what works from multiple and combine them while getting rid of the useless rubbish.
