Easy/desperate takes a bit of time and conversation, simply approaching isn't desperate or easy. Since you gave these option it would be more of a relief, provided the atmosphere is relaxed.

From my experience, it depends on how she acts and what she says.
If she looks desperate, I will make her wait a bit like 1 day or 2 because desperate people can change their minds very easily and I don't want to waste my time.
In my opinion, it's not much different than what a girl would think if a guy casually started a conversation with her. You should stop thinking men are a different specie. Jesus Christ, what has feminism done... baka
