Is it possible for a woman to piss during an orgasm? I've never had one, but I've gotten close, and always fear that I'm going to pee once the release is there.
Can that actually happen or is this an irrational fear?
It's physiologically possible, but it's also very unlikely. You'd be amazed by the amount of muscle control you maintain even in the midst of spasms.

I guess it could happen if you lose bladder control easily when sneezing/laughing etc. However, I find my urethra tenses up when I orgasm, and peeing after an orgasm is actually harder than it usually is (not actually difficult, but there's a resistance there). So probably not an issue. Try sitting on a towel if you're really worried.

Girl, what you are doing during orgasm isn't pee, it's female ejaculate (A.K.A. squirting). It's a clear fluid that builds up in one of the glands near the bladder and gets expelled out of the urethra as a result of the pulsations caused by the orgasm.
