Not an advice, just my experience:
I used to watch porn at least 4 hours daily, checking titles, collecting them and masturbating 3+ times.
Then I tried getting out and meeting people. And I realised I could stop porn all at once if I kept myself busy.
Now I fap once or twice per week, I think I'm not addicted anymore.

Good luck with your addiction, try to find something to keep yourself busy.

Anything works actually, video games, reading, but obviously if you force yourself to be outside, it'll be more difficult for you to just wank one quick behind that tree.

Do you have some meetups events going on near your location? You could join them

I don't really know I don't do a whole lot. I've just kinda dissapeared. I go to work for a few hours a day then I come home play a few videogames and then wait a few hours before I finally go to sleep. I usually end up jacking off before I fall asleep

They mostly said I need to find an inner circle or select group of close friends that I can be real with. For awhile I did have a group but we moved away to different parts of the country and I haven't done much to find a new one.

Try meetups if they are available near you. It's a great way to find new people.

They won't necessarily be great people that you can connect with after, but it'll be better than nothing and you can weed your friends off after

Anti depressant medication or ssri 's will lower your sex drive and really help, however taking drugs isn't a great solution. There is a supplement called 5htp that has a similar action by increasing serotonin in the brain. Often used for people who over eat due to emotional reasons. I found my porn addiction was because I was unhappy, even though I didn't realize it. 5htp might be a genuine answer for you.

find a job that desnt involve computers or go out of town to work, hang out with actual people more, find a girl, if masturbating masturbate to your own thoughts and imagination etc...
