you've dried the shit out of your scalp by washing your hair all the damn time, doesn't matter what shampoo you use. I was using high dollar anti dandruff prescription shit and it didn't help. so here's what you do. don't shampoo your hair for a bit. your body is probably in overdrive as far as producing oils in your scalp trying to re hydrate and protect your skin so I don't suggest just going like a week without washing off the bat. the way I did it was I went from shampooing every day, to shampooing every other day for a week, then every third day for a week. I find that shampooing every 3rd-4th day is a good balance between cleanliness and not fucking my hair or skin up. NOTE: you still wash your hair, just not with shampoo unless you've done something like work on the car and get oil in your hair or something. trust me on this, its gonna be oilier than normal for a few weeks once you start washing like this cause your body has to reacclimate but I get compliments on my hair all the time and I haven't had dandruff in like 5 years.
