I want to get high, not even really high just half a joint high, to relax one night. Where do I do this in public? What is sold in the legal weed shops? Pre-rolled joints (yeah I just want convenience I don't care if that's gay)

You're gonna get baked out of your mind one way or another so just get some top shelf weed, roll it in a blunt or joint (not as hard as it looks, look up some vids) and have a nice time.
