I need help from someone who knows a little bit of legal stuff. I'm finally gonna tell my therapist about my pedophilic urges. Now what is stuff I can and cannot say? What I mean by that is what will get me in trouble or reported , and what can I tell him without putting myself at risk ?

Well, I am not sure if you are making the distinction between pedophilia and child molestation?
There are still issues with pedophilia if you consume child pornography as it is indirectly creating a demand for the abuse of children.
I saw an interesting documentary on pedophilia recently and it was intriguing to think of it on a continuum from people who are exclusively attracted to children, borderline teenagers and people who are interested in both children/teenagers and adults.
I imagine there are specific laws re: what the therapist or psychologist has to report, such as whether they feel you are threat to others or yourself. I am not sure of the specifics as it will be to do with your jurisdiction.
I hope you do not molest anyone or perpetuate child abuse. I also hope you find some alternative methods to cope and find your life fulfilling. I cannot imagine how hard it is to have those type of urges. Hopefully your therapist can help. Kudos for taking a positive step.

You have comitted a crime.
It is worse because it is a child, but if you felt up a women without her wanting you to, that is a crime. It doesn't matter their age. Unwanted touching of private areas ie: butt, vagina, breasts (even if a 4 year old doesn't have them) or a child's penis is a crime. Unless your a parent cleaning your child it is not acceptable behavior.

I'm not the one to be telling that to, buddy. It happened either way, and you can't change the past. If this is the only thing you've done, then I wouldn't worry about it too much. As you said, however, you have 'pedophilic urges," so I'm guessing that this isn't the case. It all depends on whether or not you want help, and how much you're willing to risk for that help. You committed a crime, and if you're sure you won't do anything like that again, don't bother telling anyone about it.
On the other hand, if you still feel like doing these things, it's illegal, and you should do something about it before you hurt someone.
