I've been dating this girl for about a month and maybe two weeks. now for some reason all of my friends are concerned I'm taking too long to ask her to be my gf officially. (I literally just got off a phone call with a friend and both him and his gf were questioning me about this)
I'm planning on asking her on december 13, I already have something sort of planned. is this too far away? people keep asking me if she's my gf everyday and that I shouldn't take too long. it's starting to worry me. I don't know why people make a big deal out of it, is it? will she leave me if I take too long?

I wouldn't worry about other people. Just make sure your girl is cool about waiting another 2 weeks. And to make life easier, give the guys how ask a teaser. Don't get annoyed or defensive, get them excited. "I've got a feeling we'll know that in a couple of weeks time" with a smirk on your face.
