I spent an arm and a leg on a hair salon. One, the woman didn't even ask me what colour I wanted to dye my hair and just went with one that complimented hair bleach, but whatever, I'll buy dye later I guess!, and two, which I CANNOT fix, I asked her for bangs kinda like in pic related, but instead...
She gave me a horrendous, choppy bowlcut.
And being the pussy I am, with the scolding look she gave me, I couldn't even say a word.
Ahhhh. Life is great, innit.
How do I deal with this? The fact that I wear huge thick nerd glasses doesn't help either. Even wearing a beanie makes me look fucking retarded. Which I am, but y'know senpai, gotta at least try

Well, you look a lot like my younger half-sister. She has very short blonde hair too, similar to yours, has the same eyes and the exact same face shape. I was honestly shocked when I saw your pictures (if you had braces, you would essentially BE her). I don't know much about her mom, other than the fact that she's white. But our dad is a Mexican/German/Hungarian mix. Our hair ends up very thick and wavy, which is not at all good for that kind of look.

Yesss! Mine is exactly like that despite the pics I've posted; there, my hair has been straightened, but naturally, it's all over the place, really volumous/thick/fluffy and wavy. It's really annoying and frustrating...
I used to let my hair grow so much to the point it went to my lower back. But I had so many, uh... How do you say it... Tangles? A lot of tangles, like they were glued together, very messy, it was disgusting, one day I got too frustrated I cut it all off.

Yeah, that's how my hair is. I try to keep it trimmed (you can easily do it yourself) to avoid reaching "princess hair" tangle length. Conditioning the crap out of your hair also helps.

Alright bruv, I think I go for a similar look as you, so maybe I can give some advice. For hairstyle I think you need to get your bangs parted, less even so more choppy, and shorter. Perhaps even as your hair is right now it could look better if you just messed them up a bit, the best way to do it for me is to wash it, go to sleep and then style the bedhead a bit so it doesn't look retarded, and use some hair spray.
As for color, I dyed my hair blonde before and then I wanted to go back to my natural color and used 'chocolate' dye and ended up with pic related (it's a pic like 2 months after dyeing). You probably want to go for some golden blond/brown from what you say though

Also as for the dye, I just bought one of the cheaper stuff at a supermarket. Not the cheapest but still cheap. It got washed off a bit I suppose but the same thing happened when I got it dyed brown at a hairdresser - after half a year my hair was blonde again and I just used the cheap dye to get it brown.
