I have this mark near my testicles. Iv only just noticed it and i know for sure it wasnt there a couple of days ago. Does anyone know what it is? Is it just a rash
Also i have not had sex in a month so i dont think it could be a STI and i have been sweating alot lately due to wearing jeans in 40°C so maybe thats something?

I live in Australia where seeing a doctor is easy and cheap if not free. It does not hurt when i touch and i cant feel a difference. Iv never really had rashes before so i was just unsure
