I'm 24 and I've never gotten really good at anything. I've never had any ambition to excel and I lament that fact but I don't really have it in me to change it; as it is I'm just kind of a jack of all trades and mater of nothing and it kind of eats me up inside.
Anybody else feel this way?

I'm in the same boat. Everyone tries to encourage me by saying I'm good at shit like computer problems, when the reason is I spend hours on Google to fix something I fucked up.
I also fear if I do have a skill, it'll be in something that doesn't pay well enough for me to live on my own. Its got to the point where if anything asks me about a career/major I just lie about it.

I'm 24 myself. i got a degree in IT. Got no job, not motivated to do anything. I want to study further but im not motivated to do anything. I'm going in therapy now. big baby steps. fuck.
I sit around all day playing video games, listening to music, drinking excessively. I could use a hobby myself. Can't find anything i like though.

learn how to play the violin (or viola/cello if you're cool) just pay someone to teach you and become good just for the reason of it being something to
do, It's what I did and it turned out I am a pretty decent cellist.

funny story. I got a cello and i had lessons but i couldnt afford it anymore and i quit it all together. Can't motivate myself to learn it on my own. if i want lessons i got to go to another city and pay 167 euro's a month.

ah, fair enough, well you could try to learn another language. That usually just requires a book or two and some audio tapes and maybe a tutor.
Other hobbies I could think of
>competitive gaming (literally any competitive game)
>model trains
>stamp collecting
>coin collecting
>photography (like with a dark room and shit)
>playing some sort of table top rpg
>building crazy huge complex models
>brewing alcohol
>making shitty games for the entertainment of you and friends
>making shitty videos for same
>working on cars
>cooking
>carpentry
>smithing (personal favorite)
Same. 24 here. I just started learning an instrument this year. Hobbies help.
