And 3 is best, but you need to get it cut much shorter. Make it look clean and controlled, but not geeky and slicked back like in number 2. 2 is weird and sends a bad vibe.
Practice smiling. I say that because you seem to be trying to smile in 3 but you need a lot of practice. Open your mouth a bit, but make it genuine, not fake looking.
Try to make a warm smile. Any hair is fine really as long as you have a warm demeamor with it. and You get that by smiling honestly and genuinely in a way that invites people in and makes you seem approachable.
