Just like with a dog. Change what she eats and take her out for walks.
Start watching a lot of porn. Start slowly, but then get crazy with it. Watch it in front of her. Watch porn before you have sex with her. Tell her she can't arouse you, so you need other women to turn you on. Watch really skinny chicks. She'll probably want to lose wait then.

Then leave her. If she doesn't want to, nothing you say or do is going to change anything. If you try to make changes, she'll either complain and do nothing, or commit short term and then revert back to her old habits. People eat to get endorphin rushes. You can try substituting back massages and sex for eating.

Fair enough and kudos to you. Speaking from experience, if it bothers you now, it'll bother you down the road. If she's not motivated now, she won't be in the future. If she's young, this will catch up with her and she'll gain weight and become murri-fat. Just my own experience in a situation like this.
