I'm constantly unfocused because I'm angry about someone or something.
I don't know how to stop it.
Any advice?

anytime anything remotely angering happens, walk away. if its something you can't walk away from, recostruct your life so you are able to cut those things out.
if its 'customers' get out of the service industry and focus on something else.
anywho, whenever one of the unavoidable situations happen, just go away, listen to a calming song, and never ever ever ever ever engage.
if you teach your brain not to acknowledge these things that make you angry, it becomes an automatic pattern. it will become second nature.

you mean the person or source of anger? like its integral to your life? very little is. you can always switch your job, get a new roommate, remove a friend, break up, or stop seeing your parents.
if you absolutely cannot remove something from your life, do what I said and just don't engage.

It's more of a metaphor.
Remove that which troubles you from your life.
Hate your job = find a new one
Hate your friends = find new ones
Hate yourself = find a..... wait, better yourself
Just walk away and be in a quiet place for 15 minutes a day. Local library, park, coffee shop etc.

but yeah, most people dont see m to realize how easy it is to cut people out of their lives, cuz they grew up in the 'just deal with it' mentality of comfort.
you dont need to engage in interaction with anyone you dont want to. I moved around a lot growing up, 5 highschools in four years. so im very used to just saying goodbye to people. made it easier to break up with people or just stop being friends.
sometimes its as simple as saying 'im sorry, but i dont think its good for me to talk to someone like you' and then just never acknowledge them again.
