take naps throughout the day
eat a lot of bread, noodles, dressings
drink juices and sodas instead of water
whenever you feel thirsty, eat instead of drinking liquids.

Different anon. It's to fuck up your metabolism intentionally. Won't necessarily work though. I don't eat breakfast and I'm fit as fuck. Do a lot of cardio and gym though.

Instead of enjoying nice food like a lovely steak, gobble up as much homogenized fake food like chicken nuggets, with as much mayonaise as you can.
