Well OP, I don't have any science to back this blanket statement up, but from talking to a good number of people from a good number of places I have reached the conclusion that yes, in some way, we are all weird as fuck and we are all crazy as fuck. Because everyone has different brains/biology and experiences, aside from extremely general qualities necessary of humans, there really isn't much of a norm. That isn't to say that some apples don't lie a little further from the tree, but most fall in differing spots in a similar range. Everyone overanalyzes themselves and their surroundings, and everyone worries that everyone else doesn't do it. It's just part of "consciousness."

Pretty much everyone's weirdo, man. Some more than others. Some are also just more open about it than others. The truth is, most people just rein it in around other people just because it may not be "socially acceptable" or you might get some weird looks from others for doing some weird stuff.

Just don't worry about it, dude. It is what it is. It's not always be evident, but everyone's pretty weird when they're completely alone because there's no one to judge or care about it. It's not about wearing a mask, it's about keeping some of your quirks to yourself (and maybe some really close friends) to keep from making others feel weird or something.
