Fuck me, guys. I have to choose between an inability to see at all in the dark or dim light or a skin condition which will slowly scar me over time.
What other long-term options are there?
Benzoyl Peroxide works... some. Still have acne.
Salicylic acid makes me break out even worse.
Doxy clears it up no problem, but I can't take antibiotics long-term.
Adapaline makes it worse.
I want something that won't permanently damage me.

I never look in mirrors because of my acne. been on accutane and so many others. doesn't work.

Accutane saved me from being drowned in low self esteem, though I still have scars and uneven skin. It beats the fuck out of cystic acne.

Try oil cleansing. My skins not perfect but it's much better than it used to be, and I feel like oil cleansing has worked better than any of the harsher products I've tried. Also touch you're face less, drink more water and try to eat healthy. What you put in your body is just as important and what you put on it.

Have you tried multivitamins? You're body is probably missing something. It helped my sister.
