The relationship was rocky the last 3 or 4 months and I always thought it was because she was just too clingy and I felt suffocated, but looking back it was me that was distancing myself. I was treating her like shit. I was looking for a hotter person in all honesty. I'm seeing the girl I cheated on her with now but can't help but feeling like shit going through our pictures. In a way I hope she finds someone that will put in the effort to make her as happy like she did to me. At the same time however, I hope we can rekindle what we had under better circumstances. I'm 21 and she's 20 so I guess we have a while to see if somehow we can cross paths again. I've never wanted to stay friends with ex's before but this time I do. Dunno what to tell you broski, I did pretty much the same thing. She was a good person and I treated her like shit, and even after all that she still loved me. I knew it was over, and I didn't want to try and still be with her because of the hurt I caused her, it just didn't seem right. But now I still think about her and it makes me sad, not because I feel like we should still be together so much, but because she deserved so much better from me. I don't really have any advice, except to learn from your mistake and do better with the next girl.
