Relax, take your time to perfect a quality like speech and working on your mental strenghts. All that negativity will have your spirit crushed after countless of rejection letters. So why not improve on your self esteem, write better CV and keep yourself healthy, going for a walk each day to clear your head.

You are in prime age of getting a trial time job that might result in keeping it until you retire. So keep yourself wise, know what is good/bad action and mostly, learn to keep cool.

Always go and take courses that might help you get a job, "safety card" is needed for construction work, "food safety" for stores and so on. You might not know what you are going to do in the future so having all doors open is adviced.

I have no interest in construction nor am I physically very able to do something like that. I spent years getting better in my technical business skills and now I'm slowly forgetting it all.

Yeah I've thought about it. I do actually run a little side thing at the moment. I fear however that my degree will be useless if I don't utilize it at some corporate gig for a few years. I'm planning to go back from a master's and my field typically requires job experience as a prerequisite.
