Well a girlfriend requires time. If you are not in your point of life to have one there is nothing wrong with that. I am a femon and are engaged to a guy who had his first gf me when he was 26 I saw nothing odd about it. I have even met 30 year olds who got their first gf. Everyone is different do not feel bad for being different. I have a little brother who is 20 and has no gf ever I told him not to worry because it is better to wait and take the right risk on someone than to risk and waste yourself on someone you are not really sure about.

1.) Try online dating. Be forewarned it's a meat market, and female standards online are through the fucking roof.
2.) Do "cold approach". This can work if you're decent at socializing, well groomed and not terribly intimidating. You will get rejected this way, but you'll learn a lot as well.
3.) Expand your social circle and make it strictly about people you respect and enjoy the company of. Women effortlessly come into your life if you've got a lot of connections and potential for meeting girls, which is the main takeaway.
Don't be afraid of rejection, either.
That's a lot of solitary activities you've got stacked up there. If you want a GF, you're going to have to go where they are.
