You have a couple of options for treatment. They will be able to give you therapy and means of dealing with your feelings that will make it more bearable.
You may want to be chemically castrated or take SSRIs to kill your sex drive at some point. I don't recommend it. It can fuck you up permanently, and if you ever get well enough to try having a normal relationship, you're screwed. Plus you'll still have urges and no way to get relief from them at that point.
Really, honestly, your best bet is to find a good, experienced therapist. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES go to a regular clinic, see a therapist, social worker or any retard that doesn't have a doctorate. They will overreact and could try to get you in trouble even though you've done nothing wrong.
