The game was basically really big, it had a very big scope and was undermanned and ran by retards, so obviously it crashed and burned. Towards the ends of it the animations were actually reasonably high quality, and if it was doable to make an entire game with that level it would've been pretty nice. Not Tobihime level, but rather nice regardless.

I do FBF for just animations (I think most people that animate prefer to do it on principle) but for something of this scope that'd be real hard and it would have to greatly make the scope smaller to turn it into something like parasite in city. Possible but difficult. But if it's done in pixel art it becomes even easier. It's all about size and scope.
