For common women's sized shoes online in the western market, search amazon, zappos, modcloth, zulily, and even ebay.
If you have feet bigger than that, try sissy stores. Just search 'sissy dresses' and a few english sites should come up with men's sized mary janes and other fetish wear. I've never bought from a sissy store, so check for reviews!
If you're up for adventure, try the eastern market. Bodyline has cute cheap costumey dresses, great for playing, and they have shoes that sometimes go up to a women's 11.5 as well.
