How should I do the training?
I had it where you get a girl and were violent towards her but that just breaks the game. If you smack her until she sucks your dick, there's nothing stopping you from beating her until you just fuck her, which destroys any sort of progression.
So instead should it be based on being nice to them? still making them do tasks but rewarding them and slowly turning them to you via the fact that if they want to stop being chained up they'd better start sucking your cock
problem with that is then it's some faggy waifu thing, and it's going to get odd with more than one slave.
I toyed with a comfort meter type thing, get enough wood, make the slave fix up the shack, shack is more comfortable, so they get more wood from then on but that's going to lead to lots of dumb "game logic" where although something should be obvious it won't happen until you trigger it

If you don't want the player to have complete control of the situation (one where they could beat the girl freely, like you suggest), then you have to think of how constraint happens.
What if... instead of having the girl locked away in your basement to maltreat, that it might somehow be important to keep her undamaged, say because she's some kind of high-end actress or model. So, you design the story so that you can be rough, but constrained as well. You can't get too rough, since there might be bad ends were the bruises are discovered, etc.
So... the real question is, is your writing sufficient enough to make such a story? Got the art to go with it?
I hate dumb stories/mechanics. Hopefully you end up doing something worth playing.
