I was recently inspired by a dream to draw a rule 34 comic. The problem, of course, is that I suck at drawing. I used to doodle tanks and shit when I was younger, but stuff like hands and cloth and (realistic) faces is beyond me. Not only that, but I have absolutely no idea how to color anything. I saw the artist toolbox link in the OC thread and I'm going through it now, but I still have some questions

You will need a drawing tablet. If you are not thinking of seriously drawing, it is wasted money

Since its your first work post it here to get our opinions. If its good post it on other sites to to ad yourself. If you are so good you can jew people into bying your shit, set up a patreon to get shekels.

Do not, do not start drawing just to make some porn. It is hard and time consuming to learn to draw.

As i can judge by the hand, you need to work on proportions.
Drawabox has some nice guides for first timers.
Also check up the snobs at /ic/ too for questions and stuff.

Just looked up Tablets, they're less expensive than I thought they would be. Might even be able to order one now, actually. Which one do you guys think I should get?

I personally use one of the smaller cheaper wacom tablets. I think the current equivalent for it is the wacom intuos draw. You can upgrade to the touch capable one if you want, but I personally found it more annoying than useful. I had it on my first tablet and not on my second.
