The method of the change matter less than the focus of the change. Some make it way to quick, like one panel of "oh god I switched brains with my crush" and then they're just a girl. Others take way to long and they spend pages getting a realistic sex change which can work as a story but isn't erotic to me at all. I prefer the change to be the focus of the narrative where they keep transforming more and more as the narrative progresses.

It's fine. The thing about Kisekae is that you need to put a little more work into it than the program gives you the tools for if you want to make something that stands out. There's that one comic that gets posted a lot less often than I think it should about the couple that goes to an island and the guy slowly gets turned into a girl where each page is a Kisekae image of the main character with a diary entry next to it. Using Kisekae as an accompaniment to a story is the best way to do it in my opinion.

Line and colours are great Moody, it really shows how you got better on the faces too.
But what the other anons said is true, the transformation is confusing, you need something between fully clothed and naked. My recomendation is to make pieces of clothes desapearing in the air on the third panel, this way you add movement and dinamism while also making the transformarion less abrupt. Make them small enough to not get in the way, and just give the idea of what happened.
Some lines to indicate movement with of the things moving around his body would also help.

I definitely would've preferred to be a girl but after years of contemplation over whether or not I should transition. It was a good choice, because my dad (who I lived with at the time) is incredibly emotionally abusive and judgmental.
