On a traditional forum (not reddit or 4chan) someone can make a post topic and it will live for years with people being able to reference and build on past posts moving forward.
But on reddit you make a post and it dies in a day and eventually you're not even allowed to post in it anymore. Individual posts in a thread are separated by whoever made the first post so multiple conversations go on completely unaware of eachother. This means active continual collaboration is effectively banned by design.
Its better on 4chan but barely. Threads don't automatically die after a set amount of time, but at the same time the subject MUST be active to survive. Also archived posts are still annoying to access so people rely on 3rd party sites like pastebin to keep information current through time. While its better than reddit its still worse than a traditional forum for projects. Remember how people were sick of fenoxo and his complete lack of work ethic and decided they were going to make their own collaborative game on /vg/? Remember how a barely functional alpha demo with barely any content was all they made after years of "work".
But yeah reddit is the worst forum posting style for any form of development. Its basically a more cluttered twitter with a larger character limit.

I have a set of tools that I use for devving the CoS RPG project, and I'd be willing to release them on my site if people were actually interested in creating content -mostly dialogue & animations atm. Of course I doubt I will add everything people contribute.

Spriter, it's a great program to animate spriters using a bone system. People will need this program if they wish to create animations for my game. If I decide to release the dialogue tools I'll include the character skeleton for animators.

Creating skills, weapons, systems actually in the game require a bit more as I use another IDE to develop those.
The reason the dialogue system has it's own tool is because it can export to JSON/CSV for easy reading in-engine.

I like the idea that the princess is on the run though. Any interest in having prostitution themes in it? I always like that kind of element in a story, the girl having the option to debase herself to some ends. So, prostitution to make some quick money. Or for bribes of some sort.
I wouldn't mind if the princess had to win back the people in her homeland to have some kind of chance to reclaim the throne. This through bribing or otherwise getting nobles back on her side, etc.
Anyway, I always like the idea of a princess slowly corrupted in different ways. And I like your updates, so tell us more about the story as you come up with it.

Incorrect. Around 50% of the full translation was incorporated into that release, the remaining 50% had some machine translation in it. Some of the side quests you can do earlier, and they may have remained unfinished in that release.

I simply added more NPC dialogue, more exhibition events, filled in the gaps in the story, and added new quest lines. I guess you DON'T like more porn in your games... not sure why.
Bugs are fixed, release the lazy developer edition, will post whatever I currently have on the normal sites Wednesday. Maybe it'll be complete, maybe it won't. As for Aylia's Story. I'd say 2018 for Chapter 1 and 2020 for the full game.

>- Beating the game will unlock a gallery with all non-ending scenes.
>- Be sure not to miss the new slave trainer bad end! In addition to being a full mini-game, it contains multiple new scenes and a high number of variants.
>- There are three new superbosses lurking for all you overleveled fans to crush.
>This update went out to everyone whose card was charged at the beginning of June. If you pledged after that but want to receive the early release, you can send us this month's pledge by a different method. If you're interested, send us a message and we'll talk about the details.
>If the release goes well, on June 11 we'll release the game to the $5 tier, then it will go public on June 14. As another reminder, though this version of the game is complete, next month will be our first bonus/"DLC" update which will add more minotaur side content.

I still hope Mr Mittens will come through for us, but now that I know the game is really out, I think I'll wait for the public release. The bug fixes and the updated walkthrough make it a lot more enjoable.
Also, the DLC cannot come out soon enough.
