All the rpy files where moved to a different folder in the 1.03 or 1.04 update. You can either delete all the duplicate rpy files in the game folder or just redownload the 1.06 version (easier).

It does look like those old games, but it's not just that it looks generic, she actually looks bad in those drawings. The proportions are slightly off and the softness from the Disney version is missing completely, which makes it give off a very cold and sterile feeling.
Beauty and the Beast has a very warm style to it and failing to replicate that will always make it look weird, unless you draw that character in a completely different style. They stayed too close to it and lost the charm at the same time though.
But I guess that's just me being into Disney and drawing that stuff too much myself.

4 Houses adds 3 new girls to represent each of the 3 remaining Hogwarts Houses. There are also 2 additional characters that exist to support two of the new girls' story lines.
Hermione is left largely untouched though she does appear in some of Cho's early scenes, and will be present in the two 4 House group events (one mid-game and one end-game).
