Just googled it. Makes me think of two things: First of all, there's good rotoscoping and bad rotoscoping. Just doing the primary facial features and silhouette of the face, anime style, really doesn't suit rotoscoping at all and kind of undermines the strongpoints of the art style as a whole. The quality of these writing.com interactives is pretty unfortunate. There are some fairly decent authors on the site, but it seems like they mostly go for other fetishes. The ABDL ones tend to have some of the lowest, and most inconsistent quality overall I've found, as well as just some uninspired premises to begin with.
Not trying to hate on anyone, it's just hard not to notice the lack of consistency compared to some of the other ones that have ended up starting their own on-going Patreon pages and shit.

No sorry, I'm sure there must be a few diaper authors who use Patreon, but like, just talking about writing.com, I know there are a few interactives and authors for them on there that have grown successful enough to get donations and commissions.
I don't think that's really much the case for the ABDL stuff on there though. It's really inconsistent in quality. A lot of one sentence chapters, and even use of badly done script format.
