Well, I do photoshopping from other pictures. But as stated by >>539242 it doesn't always work and can be hard to find a picture just right to take the diaper from. Then you have to do more editing to get it to the right size, warp the shape to fit the body of the character you are editing, and try to match up the shading. It's harder this way, but I don't currently have or have access to a drawing tablet, so I have to do photoshop for edits.
