This might sound weird at first, but I like some of the aspects messy diapers represent.
One aspect is dependency. Not meant to insult anyone, but I like how it can act as a need sometimes. This will "protect" the individual. It solves a problem the individual has. They shouldn't go without it or it would cause more problems than the diaper would solve. In a way, it might tie in to me actually needing diapers longer than others growing up, but I don't know how much of that would contribute to this. Imagine being in public and making it to the toilet, but end up pooping your pants or pull-ups. That was my issue growing up and I find relation to that.
One aspect is its "taboo" nature. "Only babies wear diapers." "We're not supposed to go in our pants." "They are gross." With all of the social stigmas surrounding diapers in general, just wearing one generates an odd kind of high for me. I don't see wearing diapers and/or using them as "challenging" the stigmas, but rather going against them. It creates a naughty feeling of "they shouldn't be doing this, but they are doing it anyway." As a small note, there's not much deliberate messing.
One aspect is embarrassment. It's a small idea of having no control over the situation. No matter how it happened or what events occurred beforehand, the individual messed their diaper, and while embarrassed in that situation, they have to accept the reality.
One aspect is security to where the diaper will "protect" the person during a messing, granting peace of mind.
Again, it's not so much the scat for me that does it, but it is what it represents. I'm not afraid to see the mess in the diaper itself either since that can fall into one of the aspects I mentioned. I find cleaning (again, not enough of it) to be a part of the enjoyment also, but I'm not really for the "play" of scat. Handling while cleaning is really where it stops for me, though this isn't me judging scatfags since I understand their preference also.

Pretty decent, but I think the torso is a tad too long, and the hips need some adjustment. Also, the diaper needs to look less like a brick.
Other than that, it's pretty darn on model, as opposed to stuff like Merunyaa's art that looks like a tumblr personification cosplaying.
