Is Boogie here? I found this program called Waifu2x that can denoise and upscale images very well and I took those screenshots Boogie posted of the canvas he lost a month or 2 ago then upscaled them. It actually converted them really well and I think they are good enough that you could trace over/vectorize them and finish them up.
I already sent Boogie an ask about this on his tumblr, but he has yet to respond to it. Hopefully he doesn't think it is spam or something.

On second look. I realize why I don't like this pic. She looks like a Zelda character that's just recolored as WFT. The nose and eyelash curves give it that legend of Zelda look.
