Sorta did already. The Knockout. (Or TKO, or as Whipkick calls him, Ticko)
TKO is another 'Whipkick' from another universe.
While Whipkick comes from the lowest social class in his society, The Sullesim, TKO comes from he highest in the Aradommoca society, the Angam.
He relatively has the same abilities as Whipkick, but instead of involving 'speed', it involves 'distance', or Space.
He can, paradoxically, shorten the distance of attacks, which in turn increase the impact or force of said attacks.

I came up with an idea for an OC afew nights ago.
