In my original outline MC was originally going to be a bit spineless/pathetic, but also a general nice guy who wouldn't take advantage of a suddenly bimbofied crush, at least without some convincing. On the topic of the story, I wasn't really into it since the transformation had mostly been completed by the time the story proper starts and is mostly told in flashbacks (at least the transformation aspect) so it didn't really get me going. I didn't empathize much with the main character, couldn't get mad at the 'villain', and the colorful cast of characters felt lifeless. Overall, it just felt very tame even if the narrative structure was interesting and kinda unique for a bimbo story.
5/10 - there's nothing really 'wrong' it, but it didn't get me hot at all.

Bimbo Fiction in general seems to be on a downturn trend these past few years. Between the OG authors all leaving the scene and everyone else pumping out tons of generic stories on Amazon/Smashwords/whatever for quick and easy money instead of doing it for passion and free like in the good old days, I'll go so far as to say (free) Bimbofication is dead.

Anyway yeah 497 is more a experimental thing to warm up after a long hiatus then a serious work like Firehose or Fluid that is intended to get people off. I have some ideas for the next big one, I was also considering going back to tumblr and restarting Bimbo Merchant.
Generally speaking bimboization is really hard to keep interesting because ultimately it's the same story over and over and over. Even when the narrative is different it's still me writing it so a lot of the same descriptive tropes tend to get trotted out.
Obviously there aren't a lot of 'classic' bimboization writers anymore, but then, there never really were many. There's some exciting stuff going on on tumblr/blogs though and there's more high-quality artists then ever before. It's just inherently a super-niche fetish that is hard to get content for, as always.

Eh, I liked it. The ending was a nice twist on the usual "stays bimbofied and enslaved" that called back a little to Slut TV. Actually, another Slut TV might not be a bad idea given the range of sub-genres it allowed. I think you're right about bimboization being repetitive. Its true that lots of tropes get recycled but some stories still make it seem fresh by focusing on the character's reactions to it or having the transformation happen in a unique way. The virus based stories you wrote were god tier and the victim sneezing their brains out as they transformed was very original. Only problem there was that it t came off as more creepy than erotic, at least to me. If these threads are any indication, the next popular bimbofication stories are going to focus on willing participants or give more control to the victims. Maybe try to capitalizing on that in a future story if you're planning on writing more.

I read Upstairoids, I really enjoyed the MC's signs of power and arrogance (using her roommate as a fucktoy or seducing the clerk were hot as hell), but I also didn't enjoy the ending. I would have much more appreciated the aspect of her becoming completely susceptible to suggestion if she did end up finding a way to undo it, or use it to her own advantage.
