Photoshop is good but I hate the timeline it shows, Sketchbook pro is nice, but limited in layers & tools. Regular programs like Paint tool sai could work, but means I would have to go back between the animation program and drawing program checking errors in animation. Back when I went to college for animation, it was easier since we did everything on paper, but computer programs make things just a little less personal.
