From DA, its a mixed bag.
These days I think that only Kannel, The Might Fenek and Rebuzan post regulary and have some good to spetacular content. Some works of Mentalcrash are great too, but on her last works her character designs are a little bit off, if you like pear shaped woman you might like it tho, her Mirror Cycle is still some good stuff.
Jams Jellies and Mr. DNA are amazing if you like more of a cartoony style, but DNA doesnt post as often because he is working on a webcomic. Cluedog also used to be fucking incredible at transformation sequences, but she rarely posts too.

Yeah, just contribute stuff.
As for me. I like a story that has a nice build up and detailed transformation. The speed doesn't really matter so long as its detailed, and the reactions feel genuine. Then the character having to come to terms with their body, and slowly starting to experiment with it.
The character starts to feel more comfortable with the body but doesn't forget who they were.
Any sex is detailed with the character thinking about the new feelings and experiences.
The end result doesn't matter. If they stay in the body I like that they come to terms with it. If they go back to their old selves I like for the character to take it as a learning experience, and if they can change back at will all the better.

I had an idea for a lewd Ben 10 TG story yesterday, where he discovers Attea is planning an secret invasion to take over earth in a week after she tries to incapacitate him as step one.
To prevent the order to attack if she doesn't return, they have Ben use the Omnitrix to turn into her and take her place (similar to the Benwolf episode, he gets it unlocked by Albedo on an uneasy truce, with DNA conversion activated by water).
Over time (and through further exposure to water) Ben mentally becomes her, and goes through with the invasion anyway, using Albedo as a concubine.
Could also end with original stopping the invasion and turning Ben back to normal, as to avoid a Identity Death Bad End.
