The difference is that -angel is bad and knocks them down a slut level and +devil is good and bumps them up a slut level, plus I think getting too many -angels stops scenes from happening

Yeah, the problem is using two types of indicators to mean the same thing and arranging them as if the minus sign is referring to the angel image. If you want to use both, you need to have a meter that shows the angel at one side and the devil at the other.

I tried do a joint thing with a programmer before but when my paying job started going crazy and pushed more hours on me and transferring me to others stores it became hard to keep on schedule, so I broke it off hoping he would take what he did do and find a artist who wasn't heavily occupied like I was.
Believe me I would like nothing more than to have a programmer by my side helping me, or helpin them. However many people don't understand the time constraints the to differentiate from.
From my understanding, programmers are more easy to copy and paste previously made code and adapt them to the current situation, which while difficult Is no where near the time that a artist requires for art and even longer for animation, which is why during a lot of Game Jams you don't see a lot of good art. A lot of Programs and engines have built-in functions that quicken programmers even more.
Don't get me wrong I have nothing but the upmost respect for programmers. I have numerous Books on how to program but they all go over my, you have to have a different mindset to program which is why they are so valuable.
I have great ambitions but only half the skills needed, and finding the other half is hard for many reasons. Some of the reasons are even my fault.

Why not try to make a game you want and find a programmer willing to work with your schedule? Sure, development wouldn't be as fast as it could be, but it's easy for a programmer to go back to a project when new content is available to be implemented. It doesn't have to be two people working on a project on an equal level.
Most of my work is actually like that where people come to you only when they need something and the rest of the time the project is just sitting there.
As long as what you need isn't too exotic, it shouldn't be too hard to find a programmer, especially because of the quality of your art.

More immediately for the current project I'm on I would love to have some custom windows for showing stats on variables for the different characters you interact with, I have several ideas for mini game to give the player a glimpse of challenge, so everything isn't just given to the player.
