I've been in that boat since 2002. Kind of depressing watching the fandom rise and fall over the years. It was born at a time when hentai for the show was pretty rare and hard to come by. Now that its over, it will only become rarer as time goes on. Also a lot of the old groups that hosted great fanfics and images are long gone. Lost in the ether of the Internet.
Which reminds me there was a really great Inuyasha r63 story on Adult Fanfiction a few years ago, but it got deleted when the mods found the person who posted it was like 16 at the time.
Even though the fic had been there for like five or six years already.
Kind of sucks given how much harder its going to be to get stuff from that series 'or older series' as time goes on. I mean there's like 22,785 porn images of Naruto on paheal, but there is only 1,990 images for Inuyasha.

Seriously, just search around for the name itself and you'll get other examples. The person even had a profile on FanFiction that for some reason has absolutely nothing on it.
From what I eventually lead to, a writer had declared the person had passed away, likely sometime back around late 2012. No idea if it's true or not, could be the author just killed the profile of their work or tried to make it out like they died IRL.
In any case, it's unlikely you'll be capable of talking to this person.

Right now, the lack of ideas you have is actually fairly normal. I like to call it the "Now What?" problem. You get through the initial transformation, introduce the audience to FeMC, and... now what?
On Fictionmania, this is something I have a big problem with, especially in Morpheus's works. After writing the initial TG, he cannot write a conflict for the life of him. And when I've tried to write these sorts of stories as well, I often hit the same pitfall.
So as for ideas for where this should go next, it's pretty tough. Maybe have Lisa explore more of her new world, finding out what the butterfly effect changed when she was born differently? Have her weigh the pros and cons of her new life, and figure out whether she should stay or use the time window in an effort to get everything back to normal? You could go full Steins;Gate and introduce a character who is immune to the mind-changing effects of time travel, and wants to change Lisa back because her existance will cause more problems in the future than her guy form. Or maybe she uses the time window a second time and unintentionally changed the birth conditions of another person, and this time her memories are changed so for all she knows, that person was always born female. Admittedly, this does run the chance of going so far from the original concept that people may complain that they just wanted to fap, but that's your call to make. Go with what you can write the best.
Or if you want to go the generic route, you could have her do a whole bunch of lady stuff, fuck some dudes, and then proclaim that being a woman is the best thing ever.

1) The time machine breaks or is otherwise unavailable and (perhaps) there's a window of time before the changes become permanent.
Like, Lisa, in her timeline, never got the time machine, so he has to find out where it is now. Or perhaps the Time Police put him in "Time Out" for messing with the space-time continuum, forcing him to deal with the changes for a period of time.
2) Reverting the change is morally murky
Alternatively, maybe somebody who was dead or absent in the original timeline is alive now. Cliche as shit, but maybe the mom died giving birth to Joseph, but survived giving birth to Lisa. Butterfly effect shit. Is returning to his old life selfish? Is it technically murder? There's a dilemma the character can wrestle with.
3) Pride/Greed
Maybe being a girl but having all his knowledge and memories as a guy makes him really good at something. Maybe Joseph was into pro gaming, Lisa was more into interpretive dance, but now he can sweep the field as a darkhorse contestant. Alternatively, maybe he's just goofing off and tries to see just how easy it is for Lisa to make bank streaming on Twitch... and finds it hard to go back when the cash rolls in.
That would be a more comedic direction, but still.
4) Time Travel Gang Bang
I've got no rationale for this, but maybe a bunch of alternate hims and hers travel back to tap their own ass. A one man harem comedy. Wacky hijanks ensue.

At first I think that Sokka and Katara would keep thinking what dad will say if he discover it.
Suki would be a little alarmed about not being able to be a kyoshi warrior anymore, but soom as the mental changes slowly start, she goes back to her normal level headness.
Katara would be very weirded by the situation. Aangie would feel a little insecure because they just started daiting and the girls at the festival keep hitting and flirting with male Katara, which makes her a little angry.
Toph would complain about peeing stand up and inches on the crotch.

Nah, I think it gets a little forced and plot hole-ish that what changed them can't make them go back. It just doesn't work in my honest opinion to change so much of canon too. Also its a excuse to have scenes with sex.
Maybe the water of the fountain when enhanced could cause the same effects again? This way, they could make it again on other ocasions.
