ABU's new lineup are probably the thickest based off side-by-side pictures I've seen. Now for layering to that degree, you'll need to take some things into consideration.
Assuming you want this monstrosity to be functional, you'll need to cut horizontal slats in all of the layers but the last. The number can vary depending on how fast you want it to flow through, but 6-8 is generally a good place. Don't cut a long vertical slat down the center or the SAP will fall right out and make a huge mess.
Once you choose your diapers, you're going to want to get them in two sizes: your actual size, and the one right above it. After you get two to three diapers one while layering, it's unlikely that you'll be able to comfortably fit another on that's the same size. That means this little experiment won't be exactly cheap, but that shouldn't stop you from following your silly dream.

Haven't ever tried cloth, though I've heard it's pretty much the best for bedwetting if you can get used to the feeling. Superior absorption from any position being the key selling point. As for disposables, Tykables Overnights (go figure) are probably the best I've tried. The SAP in them is spread all over instead of being focused in the crotch, which gives it way more absorption in the back compared to other ABDL diapers. They may feel thin when dry, but they really pull their weight.
Also congrats on the bedwetting. I still can't pee consciously while lying down, though I'm able to start trickles now if I focus and push a little. Most of it is probably just lack of practice and consistency since I have to be in the office fairly early and I hate to waste good diapers.

Part of that practice is just being willing to 'waste good diapers.' It took me like 4-5 months to get to the point I'm at. I usually wake up 2-3 times a night, shift my body into a comfortable position, and let go, then drift back off to sleep. Once or twice I've woken up while peeing; don't think I've slept through a night and wet multiple times, but that's coming, probably within the next few months.
I just let myself run out, though; gonna be a few days before the next case arrives. The next few nights should be... interesting. I'll pick up the best store brands I can and layer the shit out of them.

Writeanon here. Broke up the story into three parts, though Section 3 is still pretty long.
Bayonetta fanfiction, but I try to obscure who the characters are for a bit for reasons now nebulous to me. Obviously, there are spoilers for the games if you care about that.

I've always felt that most littles conform to some weird AB stereotype with the Disney movies, coloring books, and shitty chicken nuggets shaped like dinosaurs. Today was the first day I wore diapers all day. Normally, I would wear just one every other day or so, but I don't know why I went through a sudden change of pace today.
